      Lots of bad experiences in food industry but this company is great. Really cares about treating employees well and nice environment with still good food.

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
