Pros

Great progressive environment, being a conversational AI startup, people are valued a lot for their opinions and if possible given versatility to undertake projects that may not be in pipeline, but could be important to carry out day to day tasks effectively.

Cons

The company is undergoing some transition, i.e. its scaling exponentially so sometimes it might get overwhelming and the structure to accompany this wasn't present at the time. But I am sure we gonna work on it and will have a system that encourages the changes in a positive manner.

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
