A lot of information to soak up and to learn process, process, process!
Cons
Too many bids were lost over price and not technical innovation. All too often people would let this area slide or wait until it was too late to pull the bid. That tears up a team that is diligently working against the clock for a potential Win! Too many layers of Executive reviews that hindered the sales teams to be fluid when under a bid timeline.
