Flexible hours, work from home options,average salary, great co-workers.
Cons
Less Canadian management, lack of communication to employees, no transparency from management,good people laid off recently, loosing market share. Our way or the highway from US management. People are more focused on searching for the next job rather than contributing in their current role. No stablility, lay offs every month.
