      Pros

      For Bangalore: A company which has got work all around the year. Very good work life balance, little hectic at release time. Taking WFH & leaves are not an issue. Compensation is average but better than most Indian companies.

      Cons

      Not all projects use latest technologies and learning them may be little challenging and little chances of switching projects.

      Full Remote unlimited vacation. Schedule is not scrutinized easy to do errands during work schedule without issue

      Low pay , no pay increases in the 3 years I have worked with the company
