      Only the flexi timings .

      Cons

      Management is pathetic. Office politics is the only thing they are good at. No new projects. Its a sinking ship and you dont want to be in it. No growth at all.

      Full Remote unlimited vacation. Schedule is not scrutinized easy to do errands during work schedule without issue

      Low pay , no pay increases in the 3 years I have worked with the company
