      The people at the company are great to work with. Compnay is consistantly profitable.

      Cons

      Morale was low towards management. Company is moving most functions off shore. Company's revenue keepsgoing in one direction- down.

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
