Pros
The intent of the new CEO and leadership team is very positive. The company is in a much better place than they were 10 years ago. The transformation of the business is still a work in progress.
Cons
Need to transform to a performance driven culture. Mediocre performance is still allowed in some areas. Many people stay too long in the same area and same role.
