Pros
Flexible with telework to offset cons.
Cons
They are good at providing different things to do, but there is almost no chance of advancement. They will move you around laterally to keep you interested. Raises and promotions are very hard to come by - even for high performers. While it isn't outwardly stated, there is an expectation of excessive hours. Would not recommend.
