      Good work environment and friendly, competent management. Good mix of subs and employees - not everyone is directly employed by Unisys. Vacation accrual is average for a new employee, but good considering the holidays.

      Cons

      Expensive health insurance, no sick leave. Below average compensation - most of the subcontractors make more with similar benefits.

      Full Remote unlimited vacation. Schedule is not scrutinized easy to do errands during work schedule without issue

      Low pay , no pay increases in the 3 years I have worked with the company
