      Pay wasn't bad. Supervisors were understanding.

      Cons

      There was a great disconnect between upper management and techs. I definitely felt like a number on a chart.

      Full Remote unlimited vacation. Schedule is not scrutinized easy to do errands during work schedule without issue

      Low pay , no pay increases in the 3 years I have worked with the company
