Pros
It's better than not having income. Some of the clients were great to work with and it gave excellent network opportunities to find other work. Offshore positions actually see raises so if you are overseas this might be a great place to work. For US based, not so much.
Cons
No work life balance, no raises in years, constant threats to offshore everyone, senior leadership lie to employees, no matter how much profits increase we're told 'it's not enough, no raises.'
