The L1 agent is an entry level position that does not require an IT background to get into. The pay is decent for the requirements and the available trainings and certification materials they can provide you with offer a lot of room to grow as a professional. Highly recommend for users in school or for looking to get into the IT sector.

Cons

The pay is considerably less than other companies doing the same work.

Pros

My boss was great. I was not there long but I felt really bad leaving because having a great boss is rare. I had great work-life balance. I liked what I did. I left because I was offered better salary and healthcare benefits (that I really needed at the time) somewhere else.

Cons

Cons will depend on the team and the team members. Mediocre benefits.
