      1. Promotions and Career Growth's are not good, even there is no proper path defined to achieve Career GOALS. 2. Poor Managers.. There is Proper definitions and rules. 3. There is no Work pressure, Its good Company for Experienced Folks, But not for Freshers.

      Cons

      NO Employee Benefits. Some Managers are worse. More Politics

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
