      Good environment to work. Managers and HR's are very approachable

      Cons

      Notice period is too long. If you are in the bad books you will get belted. They have something called as SKIP level Meeting if you say something in that you are screwed.

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
