Pros

- Occasional morale events - Steady job/steady income for the most part (if your account leaves, they will try to move you to another account) - Good entry level IT experience to build resume depending on the account you land

Cons

- Salary was not competitive enough & didn't match work put in - Micromanagement - Schedules are subject to business needs/not very accommodating to workers

Pros

The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

Cons

Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
