      - Strategic work locations - Every good company for women employees - Woman employees can have a proper work/life balance

      Cons

      - Bad career growth - Bad salary growth - Bad compensations other than salary - No team activities - Top management has no clue how to bring in profits - Too much of blame-games, especially from management to employees

      Full Remote unlimited vacation. Schedule is not scrutinized easy to do errands during work schedule without issue
