      Good people, good delivery model and implementation. Exposure at my grade is good and autonomy is encouraged.

      Cons

      Lacking leadership direction, company is not doing so well so investment is difficult. Constant reduction in force worrying.

      Full Remote unlimited vacation. Schedule is not scrutinized easy to do errands during work schedule without issue

      Low pay , no pay increases in the 3 years I have worked with the company
