      You are just a number as far as the Management is concerned. They expect you to go above and beyond and then they just discard you when they feel they no longer need you.

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
