I recently got laid off from the Company, and the experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. HR forced me to take out my laptop and send a resignation email on the spot, after which they immediately released me from the company. The worst part was that after my resignation, they assigned someone to escort me out, ensuring I couldn’t speak to anyone before leaving. This treatment felt disrespectful and unfair. Extremely unprofessional layoff process. HR forces employees to resign instead of proper terminations. Very limited project opportunities High job insecurity due to short-term client funding No career growth or proper employee support
