Pros

- Excellent People - Used to feel like you were part of a team that people enjoyed being involved in - Everyone is willing to help everyone else, regardless of workload - Hard work is almost always, usually recognized - Great location

Cons

- Workload gets to a point were it burns you out - Company clearly tends to highly younger, more enthusiastic and energetic people, who are more comfortable burning the candle at both ends - There seems to be a trend in management to ignore problems relates to stress and employee dissatisfaction, as if sweeping this under the rug or not talking about it will make it go away - Entire culture, due to heavy workload has become almost complete reactive, rather than proactive; it's rare that individuals find the time or energy to enact changes that have long term benefits

Pros

Extremely good team culture. Everyone is helpful and forthcoming. Focused on patient care. Flexible time off. Fully remote and cameras off. Defined process for the most important processes. Amazing how so many people have been with UBC for 10+ years.

Cons

Potential to overwork oneself with back to back to back meetings and heavy client workload.

Pros

It’s just a paycheck until you get on your feet.

Cons

HR is NOT your Friend‼️ Micromanagement Always Changing Abuse of Power Biased You’ll stay in your current role for years without a promotion. UBC proves that Women of Color does have to work 5x harder to be recognized. They offer yearly bonuses but you’ll never see it because every year they’ll come up with some excuse. You’re yearly raises will never be over or near 50 cent so you’ll stay in the same dollar amount for at least three/four years. I’d you try to transfer to another program they’ll write you up and keep you in the same position and program. EEOC ASAP
