They prefer to Promote from within, rather than hire from outside the company, great safety culture, better pay than other rental company competition, better health benefits than other rental company competition, family first understanding if you need to take time off to handle home stuff
Cons
Sometimes i feel there's a disconnect inbetween the upper upper management of the company, to when something trickles down to the branch level.
