Good work environment. If you’re a self-starter, quick, analytical thinker, you’ll succeed in support. There are some great people in support management that make you want to be better at your job, in the best way.
Cons
Some days take their toll. (Stress!) Generally, if something needs done within the company, the senior support team gets it. This can lead to engineers being spread thin at times.
