Pros

You can make good money here. But it’s dependent on your territory, and your channel partners, and having a good comp plan. Product is good, good market. Easy to sell, and you can start getting commission fairly quickly. Cycles are short.

Cons

Obsession with metrics. Short sighted. No transparency from the top down and zero culture. If you’re looking for a place that values strategic enterprise sales and long term territory planning, this isn’t the place for you. Little to no positive recognition for reps that do well. Even if you hit or exceed your number you’ll get called out for your call stats if they’re low one day. It’s all about call stats and talk time. Revenue is focused on less. If you’re interviewing here, make sure to ask questions around this and the culture.
