We are sorry to have lost a long time employee and clearly wish you had reached out to talk to management or HR about your experience as part of our Customer Success Team. Interestingly, our thousands of customers continue to give us a 98% satisfaction rating, in part because of the efforts of this team at listening to their needs and providing them with options for new products and renewals on their current systems. We are very proud of the work that the Philadelphia office does in support of Unitrends' mission, however since it was not a fit for you we wish you well in your future professional endeavors.
