I would ask that you please come see me and let me look into why you think that Account Executives receive no leads and are expected to do cold calling all day. We have distributed 1000s of leads this year so this doesn't make any sense.
Unrealistic quotas - reps today on average have 80% more territory than they had in January and there was no quota increase.
No Training - we flew everyone in to Boston for three days of training in the beginning of July. We hold regular training sessions for our sales teams.
Fired everyone that knows the product - that is simply not true. We have very talented people in the sales organization and they are making a difference for the customers, partners and themselves every day.
