Pros
I enjoyed working with our patients and I believe in what we are doing, but I just feel like the administrative team needs to take a long hard look at what they are doing to the dedicated employees. They are chasing us away!
Cons
Company does not grown/promote high performing employees. They prefer to do 'more with less' and work the high performers to the bone and they end up leaving.
