Pros
Great managers, great brand name, will try and keep employees even if it's only working 1 time a month. It's a great place to start a career.
Cons
Not a great place to dedicate many working years because there is very little opportunity for advancement even after an advanced degree. Do not get individual compensation for great yearly reviews. The C level employees are not affected by the recession and appear to make more than fair market value.
