Pros
Decent pay, able to move between units to find different career path if needed.
Cons
Toxic work culture, not handling pandemic well, management only cares about money, staffing shortages so severe it makes me want to leave health care. No focus on retention of staff that has stayed during pandemic, hiring new nurses/travelers with bonuses and higher rates of pay.
