Nothing. I have to keep typing characters. Zero. Spending a lot of money on compensation tools that don't work. This is crazy.
Cons
18 days into April and the national sales team has no idea what our Q1 numbers are, or if any of us made bonus. What are they doing to our numbers behind the scenes? We can't argue if they are off a few percent, as they always are, due to multiple systems capturing data. Meanwhile, saving a few percentage points per rep adds up to a very nice chunk staying in Univar's pocket. Could you imagine this happening at any other sales & marketing organization? No.
