The corporate Ohio office is in charge of everything yet they are out of touch with the other districts. Phoenix has no in office HR person so good luck getting any HR related issue resolved in a timely manner if at all. They say dont hesitate to bring up issues that are a safety concern or poor work ethic but no one does because there are consequences for doing so. Huge problem in Ohio and it affects all the other offices because most of the higher ups for other offices are running things from Ohio. Higher ups only start acting like supervisors or managers when they are threatened and after the acquisitions from Apollo they are finally doing their jobs but they haven't been for so long that they are detached and making poor decisions.
