Pros
They provide plenty of tools for the sales role. Probably too many tools and those they provide are restricted in some cases to being used at a full capacity. Local employees are knowledgeable, but many are disillusioned with direction of company. Peers are outstanding people.
Cons
Direction is muddled and confused. There are goals and then demands. The demands often override the goals, and there is a definitive lack of clear planning.
