Salary for someone out of the US is competitive Staff Purchase/Discount incentives are fantastic Colleagues on your level are brilliant The products are interesting but they feel like their always about 6 months to a year behind the curve

Cons

Middle Management are abysmal in regards to response times Feedback is either ignored or criticised by higher ups with no support from your team leaders even if the feedback is initially endorsed by your team leaders For people outside of the US there’s no room for progression or diversity in your role

As someone said before there are really no pros besides the non-management people. Products lack innovation and employees are underpaid and overworked.

Cons

Management is terrible and it’s been a revolving door for years and years. They keep changing things every year and the results keep getting worse. Compensation is below average for the Bay Area and cost of living adjustments are meager and inconsistent. Also don’t count on your bonus. There is no vision and the CEO just seems content to change the deck chairs every year on this sinking ship.
