Pros
Leadership involvement, salaries ( employees are paid well here for RN and Techs), benefits, flexibility, some wonderful team mates who put patients first, it could be patient centered- I hear this often from directors, they put patients first, directors are helpful, employee activities and fun games
Cons
if you are only there for a check its not for you, communication is a problem, some staff are entitled and negative and it can impact the rest of the department,
