Tight cliques. If upper management does not like you, no matter how hard you try they will push you out or get you to quit. Disparities in salary among co-workers with same position and education (favoritism from upper management). Reports to HR go unheeded especially if HR is part of the upper management cliques at facility. Culture of favoritism at this particular UHS facility.
