Pros
Lots of positive feedback from the DNS. She really goes to bat for all nurses! Her attitude gives us something to aspire toward!
Cons
Staffing sucks! Hire more experienced nurses! Pay competitive salaries and give good incentives to retain nurses! Hire on bonus???? Why not? Retain those hired with hire on bonuses for a couple years at least.
