Over the last several years, this has become a very negative place to work. HR needs to open their eyes and quit protecting the corrupt. Higher ups openly talk down to and degrade employees in front of rest of team/floor, play favorites and hold people back. People are made to feel like they are of no value. There is no longer any respect for employees at all levels and nothing is being done about it. Complaints are swept under the rug and those responsible for taking action are turning a blind eye, allowing the poor management and treatment to continue.
