Pros
Amazing benefits and everything is on cruise control so you don't really have to work, just sit there and be on time.
Cons
There's no career growth for young people in this company. 90% of the managers and directors do not know how to use excel or is extremely poor at it given their titles. Everyone is a LOT older like 50+ just waiting to retire (they even say it). The process there is absolutely horrible, none of the older people want to learn the new systems and are using processes that were created 20+ years ago... management only knows how to use pivot tables, no formulas and definitely no macros. There's also no room for growth because there's no annual review, so there's no raises or promotions.. what you're making is what you will always be making +2.5% annual cost of living (if given). Bonuses are only given to managers and up, discretionary are given to staffs below managers, but they're usually not given any, maybe $200, which is ridiculous when you see the financial and know how crazy profitable the company is.
