      Big name company on your resume. Good working facilities/location/atmosphere. Great health benefit/401K package.

      Cons

      Lots of showboating at all levels. Big titles handed out for kissing the right butt (and you may get a promoted title but your pay will go sideways). Innovation or even thinking is not welcome.
