The entire company structure feels incredibly corporate and unwelcoming on a micro level. A lot of the managers have been in their roles for years so they are very rigid when it comes to changes or identifying problems with the way things are structured in a department. Poor IT - had constant problems with my computer and when the Covid pandemic started, we never received any laptops or anything that could make our work from home experience better.
