Pros
* Really great personalities, hardworking teams * Lots of time off - like a crazy amount of time off! * Half day Fridays (if you get your work done) * Middle management is outstanding * Great benefits
Cons
* Overtime is “not required”, but absolutely is with the workload. * Workload has increased huge amounts over the years, but the size of all the admin teams have more or less stayed the same. This applies a lot of pressure onto new and existing employees, deadlines are no longer realistic. * Lots of turnover since people are unhappy with workload/pay, some of which could’ve been preventable. * Pay is not competitive. Not even for the music industry. Just low, low pay compared to what you could get at another company. * Senior management does not listen to feedback about workload and pay. * Departments get stressed and take it out on each other (not in a really awful way - but things can get tense/unpleasant). * Not a lot of great models for a strong work life balance in middle/upper management.
