Horrible atmosphere Universal does not care about the quality of life for their employees/ they only care about money and making money — it’s a business, I get that, but if they cared even the slightest they’d still be making money and giving employees a good environment to work in Incompetent boss who made life really horrible with no sense of accountability/ would have nightmares about work because of the lack of work-life balance; job actively made me sick because of the internalized stress my boss would put on me
