      Pros

      Great perks. Free week off between Christmas and New Years. Occasionally they have small free concerts on Friday mornings in the Santa Monica location. Excellent people serve on the board of directors.

      Cons

      Extremely childish environment. Women tend to be overlooked. Very hard to get advancement unless you're related to someone senior.
