      the healthcare benefits and some really solid coworkers that became good friends

      Cons

      Low pay. Can be super long hours. Every job seemed to be rushed and an emergency. Management seemed to never hear my requests or needs. There seemed to be no room to teach me the skills I needed to learn and progress and do my job well.
