where do I start? -extremely micromanaging company -I was guilt tripped into not taking time off when I was sick to prepare for our busy times of year. Hmm, maybe the company should hire more people then instead of rely on 1 person to complete the job? -managers treat you less than, layoffs were done a month before christmas because the manager didn’t like a specific person on the team. -manager (she) was only in favor of the men on the team. She saw the women as a threat to her job and treated the women less than. -don’t even think of taking more than a couple days of PTO. -you’re expected to exceed past their expectations within only a couple months of working there. -they don’t trust temp workers, you had to use your own equipment to do your job and there was no reimbursement for that. -HIGH TURNOVER!!! And HR doesn’t even blink an eye that every couple months/a year someone is quitting and they need to find someone to fill the position QUICK. I was warned by a contracted company working in the umg office about this and boy did I learn my lesson staying at the team. - everyone there or at least in my department was extremely stressed, burnt out, and a lot of my previous co-workers have already quit. Rarely are there people there for over 5+ years. -pay could be better
