Too many to list, but here are a few: If you are in with the puppet master, you'll stay. No one person should have that much power. She creates fear in people while at the same time touting "People, and People Development." Umm...okay. Forget bringing your ideas. Forget it. This is where the artists should know what's going on. So many revenue generating ideas brought to the table. Every single one shot down. HR has no pull, so they cannot help you. In one division, they are only allowed to do what is commanded of them by the fear monger. It's a joke. Bring your problem to HR, and HR will let it be known, and you'll be gone. No flextime. No telecommuting. NO work-life balance. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Have a family? Work elsewhere.
