They only value endless availability, leaning on their high turnover - Ride Operator Universal Studios Employee Review

Pros

Regular shift rotations so you don't end up stuck at a position more than 2 hours

Cons

-Nearly impossible to achieve full-time benefits unless you reach a certain amount of hours in a given 6 month period (management says to "Don't be afraid of going on call for those 6th days!"), if you don't reach that goal then your hours reset and you have to try again -Management will shame employees by displaying photos taken (without employee knowledge) at employee meetings to supposedly set examples for the rest (don't be caught leaning on anything, ever. It doesn't matter how hard you've worked beyond that).

Pros

Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

Cons

Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
