-The managers can be a*holes in different stores, they will try to get you fired or bully you to leave the company during your first year -The Customers. but that is something you should already expect -The hours can be 40 for some periods of time to none. Just because you are a part time they aren't obligated to give you hours. So you will need to work in other stores and ask for shifts to your coworkers if you don't want your paychecks to be 0 -Is better to reapplied to get the full time position or move up in the latter.
