      Pros

      Benefits, ease of work, team atmosphere, flexible scheduling, every day is diferent, and getting to listen to ridiculous questions all day

      Cons

      Compensation is not good... Minimum wage. Management plays favorites (I've stopped trying to move up) Sometimes guests can be quite difficult

      Great Benefits and Health insurance. Great discounts on merchandise and Park tickets.

      Pay is not the best at the start but gets better the longer you stay

      Pros

      Fantastic Benefits, flexible schedule, and can be a fun atmosphere when the day is right. Job is physically easy and depending on the venue, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Management's don't care about team members. Impossible to developed unless you personally know the hiring manger. While most guest are kind and keep to themselves, the rude guest do not have a problem disrespecting you and getting away with it.
