Pros

New experiences, customer servicing, many benefits, possibly the nicest atmosphere for coworkers within your level.

Cons

(LET ME PREFACE THIS: EVENT OPERATIONS/ENTRANCE OPS/EQUIPMENT & TECHNOLOGY SPECIFICALLY) Horrid leadership overran by "friend of a friend" style of progressing in the company. Very by the books in policies, but in a way that can jeopardise your job position. Exceptionally inconsistent despite its constant emphasis to be upholding it's policies and practices. Paperwork submitted for things like disabilities, workers comp, or accommodation can simply go missing without any follow up. A "Look down upon" atmosphere within the leadership towards Event guides, and E&T attendants. Possibly the most egregious decision making for a company bar none. A point system styled system for attendance, HOWEVER while they state its "for your use" you can and probably will find yourself at lower and lower points due to simply life not caring about some kind of points that refund monthly from the date the attendance incident happens.

Pros

Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

Cons

Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
